Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Fee: $50
Cancellations will be accepted until March 15, 2016, and the registration fee, less $50, will be refunded. After March 15 no refunds will be made, but a substitution will be allowed.

Reservation Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel your reservation, please do so 72 hours prior to your arrival. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours prior to arrival will be assessed one night room and tax.
